No awards will be won for sitework, nor will these project make the cover of any magazine.  However, if you need properly prepared and constructed site paving, soil stabilization, drainage or striping that will last, Civworks is ready to assist.
Civworks is a Constructor, not just a contractor.  Having the capabilities to self perform work provides a better understanding of the construction process.  Our expertise are founded with hands-on experience, not paperwork review and salesmanship.
Civworks has the capabilities, equipment and resources necessary to perform both paving and building functions, therefore it make sense to pursue our own residential development neighbors in north Texas.

Homebuilding

Every property is unique as to the size and type of home construction that the market can handle.  However, just because the size and finish material selections are different, the basics of quality construction should always be the same.  Civworks firmly believes that regardless of  a homebuyer's price range, there is no such thing as a cheap home.  Our products will be built to last.  

Developments in the Works

Copley addition, Sherman, TX

Located in east Sherman, Texas, this new neighborhood development is currently in predevelopment with construction set towards the first of 2019.  The community is currently planned for classic homestyle architecture from the late 1960's with modern materials and updates.  The average home size for this development is currently planned to be from 1,500-1,700 square feet, single story  3/2 homes.

Laurel Creek - Phase 3

  ​Located in west Sherman, the final phase of the highly desirable Laurel Creek subdivision is planned for a Winter 2018 start.  This is a mixed development of lot and home sales, with home sizes in the 2,000 to 2,500 square foot range.  Home construction is currently for luxury garden flats featuring open space interiors, wide doorways with higher end finishes.  

Undisclosed Properties

Land tracts in inital development stages have not been listed  as these projects are currently 3-5 years out before reveal.  It takes alot of planning, alot of meetings, many revisions and miles of walking across undeveloped land to bring a tract to market.   We are very excited about these offerings and want to make sure our planning is complete prior to making these beautiful homesites known.
