Pavement Markings

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
The first impression of a facility is obviously the buildings.  To be fair, landscaping probably gets the second impression.  No one really considers the pavement markings UNLESS they are wrong.    Blots, uneven/unstraight lines and poor senciling are applications that most notice, but rairly mention.  It is our goal for the application NOT to be noticed, we are here to assist.

If you have crosswalks or other areas which you need to be noticed, we also do reflective markings, as well as MUTCD and custom parking lot signs, stencils and ADA parking markings.

We do small lots, big lot, apartment lots, airport lots, parking in garages, epoxy striping inside buildings, route guidance marks, stadium marks, car dealership marks, redo of marks, removal of marks, just about any type of marks.

SITEWORKS

BUILDINGS

DEVELOPMENT

No awards will be won for sitework, nor will these project make the cover of any magazine.  However, if you need properly prepared and constructed site paving, soil stabilization, drainage or striping that will last, Civworks is ready to assist.
Civworks is a Constructor, not just a contractor.  Having the capabilities to self perform work provides a better understanding of the construction process.  Our expertise are founded with hands-on experience, not paperwork review and salesmanship.
Civworks has the capabilities, equipment and resources necessary to perform both paving and building functions, therefore it make sense to pursue our own residential development neighbors in north Texas.

Traffic Markings are most important from a regulatory standpoint.  Each city and town has its own requirements for fire lane striping and the State and Federal governments have their regulations as well.  Depend on Civworks to provide a quality application that meets the plans and regulatory requirements on your project.

Also be aware that some cities require the fire lane to be marked prior to your project going vertical.  Also, per the newest version of the IFC guidelines, the fire lane gets its own sign every 40-50' because the screaming red line is apparently not apparant enough, so check with your local Fire Marshall on what their local requirement are.  We do these to.
A parking lot just does not look complete until the markings are applied.
